Sorry, but I am not sure if my my recent moves solves my roster problems. I am over size limit by 2. Do players that are bought out still count as a roster space? I have numerous players with expiring contracts that I would let go to FA. Now I see managers buying them out for this year. Does that mean for the 10/11 year? And when bought out at rule %, does it free up cap room for 10/11 year. I then can extend a few contracts like I just did. This is a learning curve for me, first Dynasty League involved in. I cannot find anything in rules that explains to me proper way. Thank You

I haven't looked at your moves. Players bought out do not count against the roster. This has always been the case. Look at any roster and you can put this together by yourself.
You are correct, the bought out contracts were for 10/11 and were bought out at the 66% cap hit.
