I also send down Luca Caputi to my MILR as he has only played 35 NHL games. I don't know why he was placed on NHL roster. I have never ever called him up.

He was never called up. Looks to me like he was always on the roster, from the beginning of the league. Besides, there are never any send downs. That's not how the MiLR works. Please refer to the rules. If you need further guidance pm me.
