Adam Lind has agreed to a 2 year contract for 12 million keeping him in Cincy through 2013.

Lind's highest value over 2010-2011
OF-18 $12m (Suzuki, Ichiro)

Under the recently passed rule, any player who performs below his current contract value and is in his last year of his current contract is allowed to be re-signed for 30% his former value if his Fantrax value bores that out.

Lind's current contract is 16.5 (2011)...30% of that is 11.5, his current value denotes a contract of 12 mil

As a member of the RC, I approve this deal as long as the rankings still match.  It follows the 30% max reduction rule and the minimum of two years for such a salary. :judge:

He is still the 18th ranked OF as of this afternoon
