Reds get
CI Davis, Ike, $0.5m (P-2013)
P Litsch, Jesse, $0.5m (2012)
CI Wilkins, Andy, $0.5m (P-n/a)

A's get
OF Rasmus, Colby, $0.5m (P-2012)
CI Headley, Chase, $0.5m (P-2011)

I do this because I wanted a CI for Rasmus, and now I have one. Rasmus has become frustrating to own, and at the same time I am sad to see him leave, I am glad to see him go. I now know what TLR has to deal with. Litsch is a guy I can use next year for a team that is lacking in arms. Thanks Rob.

Reds will make a drop once their roster is updated and posted.

Agree to the deal.  Very hard to trade Davis, but his injury is tough to judge for the rest of the year.  This trade makes me competitive, but I loose a stud and p-2013 contract for a good OF and Headley.
