The Giants will release and buyout the contract of RP Rogers, Esmil, $0.5m (2016).
Since we deal in increments of $0.5m, and I have to round up, the buyout amount is $1.5m.
This can be done by adding up the total remaining contract amount, multiplying it by 1.1 rounded up to the nearest $500k.
2015/2016 = $1.0m x 1.1 = $1.1m ~ $1.5m Buyout Amount
