P Alderson, Tim, $0.5m (P-n/a) 

Giants trade:
MI Herrera, Jonathon, $1.5m (2011)
X-MI Herrera, Jonathon, Cash Exchanged on Contract, $1m in 2011

I do this to improve my MI and I have a better chance to win.

Tim Alderson is a former #1 pick of the Giants and is now doing well as a closer at the AA level.  He looks to be back on track, although he's now in the Pirates organization.  Just trying to build for the future as I attempt to revitalize my team.
