Title: Colorado Rockies hires a new GM

The Colorado Rockies are pleased to announce the arrival of a new GM--Frank Harvey (frankbullsfan).

Frank is a ProFSL veteran and participates in many leagues.  He is a welcome addition to FGM and we are pleased to have him join our ranks.

I am pleased to announce that the Cleveland Indians have filled the void at GM by hiring Matt P. (mattpily).  Matt will hopefully get the team back on course and provide the stability needed by the :CLE: franchise.
