yanks trade:
CI-OF Hinske, Eric, $0.5m (2011)
OF Saunders, Michael, $0.5m (P-2013)

twins trade:

CI Ortiz, David, $5.5m (2014)
X-CI Ortiz, David, Cash Exchange on Contract, $-3m in 2011

I do this to get saunders who i really like and think he will be a good player. Plus i get hinske who is doing good and will fill ortiz's spot. As a red sox fan ortiz will be missed.
