He should be... I didn't update the Detroit roster when I refreshed most of them a couple weeks ago.  He is on the roster on Fantrax and we all know the Tigers have been one of the most quiet franchises, so it's not like Turner has gone anywhere.

Believe me I checked a long time ago, I have never seen him on that roster. He wasn't one of the top 5 picks last year, and I haven't seen him in any transactions from last year while the few remaining people were bulk shopping for touts.

Is he under Detroit in the contracts tab of the spreadsheet Dan?  Maybe this cat is available because you're right that he wasn't a top five pick.  He may have gotten on the roster though if he was inked and put on the 40-man before July 1st, 2009.
