Title: yanks either selling or buying

i would like to do one of two things either A OBVIOUSLY get better, or B off load some salary to get ready for the future. would be interested in trading a proven guy or two for a guy kinda on his way if u know what i mean.

LTD your enthusiasm and activity is fantasic.  You should reply to your roster and keep your block there.  Everyone will know it there with one post to trade block.  You can keep it updated as often as you want.  I believe Ben recommended before.
