Pre-June extension is based on best SP ranking from 2009, 2010 or 2011.

Homer Bailey
2009: 109
2010: 115
2011: 143

Rankings 103-116 is $1.0M salary, and thus a maximum of a two year contract.

I'll extend him two years, but I just don't recall if it that clock kicks in effective immediately, thus being $1.0m (2012), or if it kicks in when the current one expires, making it $1.0m (2013), and if there is clarification in the rules I'm not seeing it.  Can someone confirm how we've been handling this?
