Dozier @ $7M (2020) is correct. Rutledge's deal would be $4M (2020) as prospect contracts must be 5 years at a minimum of $4M "Such an extension must be a 5-year deal where the annual salary is X% of their market value.  The resulting annual salary must be no less than $4m."
