Steve Tolleson's release is subject to a contract obligation of 90% in 2015 and 60% in 2016.  This results in a salary cap obligation of $0.5m in both 2015 and 2016.

X-CI Tolleson, Steve, $0.5m in 2015, Released Under Contract
X-CI Tolleson, Steve, $0.5m in 2016, Released Under Contract

Position eligibility has been added to Mitch Moreland (CI) and David DeJesus (OF) on Fantrax.
