You'll get a 1yr BO on both since your team needs to be compliant with the 30 player roster max immediately.

RW Scottie Upshall, $0.4m (2013-2015) costs $0.2m (2014-2015)
D Scott Hannan, $0.2m (2014-2016) costs $0.2m (2014-2015) - 1yr b/o
