Title: Mets/Angels trade
Post by: bravesfan4 on May 13, 2011, 11:47:36 PM

Mets receive

P Dickey, R.A., $5m (2012)
X-P Dickey, R.A., Cash Exchange on Contract, $-2m in 2011

Angels Receive

MI Cedeno, Ronny, $0.5m (2011)
CI-OF Hinske, Eric, $0.5m (2011)
MI McDonald, John, $1m (2011)

The Mets send a starting MI in Cedeno and 2 platoon players to LA for RA Dickey. With 0 starters on the roster, the addition of Dickey is key. The Angels achieve there goal of clearing cap this off-season and add players who will help keep them respectable this season.

Thanks Dave for the move.
