Gents, a reminder you can head North of the salary cap ceiling by 10% during the Franchise NHL off-season. :thumbsup:

even MiLR limits can go over during the offseason due to some teams having more picks than they do roster spots in the minors. helps promote trading and keeps the value of draft picks from falling. all about creating activity in the league.
