We can continue to update this as we get closer to the trade deadline. The sellers are the teams with very little chance this year. Such teams can also be buyers to facilitate cap freedom for contending teams...
NL: Mets, Cubs, Nationals, Padres
AL: Orioles, Mariners, Angels
ON THE FENCE: Marlins, Giants, Reds
-
Sorry Colb, I'm not selling anything. I haven't had a healthy team since the word go. Things are about to change over the next two weeks.
-
The mets are looking to sell. At the same time if they receive a perk they will be willing to take on a contract or so.
-
I think we have a lot of parity and a lot of teams in the hunt including the Reds, Marlins, and Giants. This will drive up prices in the trade market. As of now, teams willing to deal much of their farm or teams with plenty of cap space will do best at the deadline. Who would those teams be?
-
The Orioles are definately sellers at this point even though I already sold off most of my MLB talent. I debated on selling now or waiting for the trade deadline but wanted to move the big contracts. Good think I did or I may have not gotten anything for Kendrys Morales now that he is out for the year.

Colby, do we tell you whether we want to be a buyer or seller, or do you just determine that on your own?

 looks like the Nats think there in it to win it.
-
im selling AROD who wants him?
-
i am a buyer
-

It was my determination. Jake, you could easily be one of the selling teams that looks to buy big-market salary dumps or poor team's larger contracts on the cheap.
-
the yanks are in big time buying mode we want a championship my first year
-
The Arizona Diamondbacks are in the market as buyers or sellers depending on the teams needs and vision
:judge:
-
More than likely a buyer. Depends on whether I get my whole team healthy or not

I guess in some managers eyes I would be a seller but I don't think ppl who are in my position have their best 4 players all 25 or under. It will take a "good" offer to get (McCann, King Felix, Cargo, or Pineda). I can't see any other team with that strong of young "proven" players. I also have a top 5 minor league roster. So y sell for someone old when I can wait 1 or two yrs and contend/potentially win? Just my thought on it.

After another ho-hum week, the Rays are headed towards being SELLERS this year...AGAIN. Looking to move an OF or two and eventually HanRam, although I will NOT be selling low on him and thus, will probably be waiting for his numbers to rebound to their norm before I move him.
-
Oakland is buying. Anyone with any ideas, shoot me an PM.
