The Tigers and A's have agreed to the following deal:

SP Paxton, James, $0.5m (P-n/a), signed 3/11/11
for
OF Peguero, Carlos, $0.5m (P-n/a)

Paxton has great upside and should move quickly.  Peguero serves as additional OF depth, has Power potential, but K's are a problem. 

Paxton is available for trade today, 60 days from 3/11.

Tigers accept.
We are glad to obtain a pitching prospect with plenty of upsides. OF is the position that we have some depth of.
