Title: Tigers and Yanks strike a deal

The New York Yankees have agreed to the following deal

SP Coke, Phil, $0.5m (P-2012)
SP Dempster, Ryan, $13m (2012)

To Tigers for

C Doumit, Ryan, $4m (2013)
P Lamb, John, $0.5m (P-n/a)

The yanks trade 2 current sp's for an additional catcher and John Lamb. Lamb helps bolster the farm after the trade of Banuelos and Dwyer.

Tigers accept.
This trade help us solve the problem in our rotation. We get two SP who can make mediate impact.
