Title: 25-Man Minor League Roster
Post by: rcankosy on February 16, 2015, 11:20:15 AM

When do the 20-man minor league league rosters convert to 25-man minor league rosters?  I thought it was supposed to take place immediately, but the roster pages do not reflect the changes.  Since minor league players salaries do not count toward the cap, it will have an effect of FA.
