Title: Flyers/Avs Trade (At Last!)
Post by: SlackJack on February 13, 2015, 08:12:26 PM

Calvin Pickard, $0.8m (2014-2016-EL)

For

LW - Alexander Khokhlachev (2011: 2/40 - 0 Games)
C - Mark McNeill (2011: 1/18 - 0 Games)
Round 2 - 2015 :PHI-NHL:
Round 2 - 2015 :DET-NHL:
Round 3 - 2015 :PHI-NHL:

Colorado's Goalie of the future who stood on his head during his recent call-up. I told Papps that Pickard was an appreciating asset and explained in detail why I wasn't interested in trading him....then we actually made a deal. Again I am stocking up on chances at the roulette wheel. Philly is getting much needed depth at a critical position.

Thanks again Papps....I'm stunned!

UPDATE: Changed the 1st to a 2nd & 3rd. Looks like more but this tips it back a bit. Happy to keep it alive!

Flyers agree.  I traded a lot of pieces but goalies are expensive.  I'm hoping Pickard turns out to be the real do.  If not I just made a horrible trade LOL.

Thanks Slack for sticking it out with me!  :toth:

Thats a healthy pack of goods for an up and comer like Pickard. Seems the Philly logo is broken because its showing Jersey!?

I wouldve kept Pickard but thats me.

:iatp: Looks to favor Avs now but could be a landslide victory for Philly a yr from now.
