We collectively goofed with the Alexi Ogando contract below, because he did not qualify as a prospect at the time of the bidding this past off-season. Ogando had 41.2 IP in 2010, and the prospect limit is 40. Since prospect contracts have unique implications including salary arbitration, I suggest we revise it to $1m (2012).

The deal works because it makes it a major league contract for the same value that it was won in bidding.
