Forgive me if I'm way off, but if I extend the following are their salaries correct based on their rankings:
Beltre $16M per
Pence $10.5M per
Lowrie $3.5M per
Molina $3M per
I took their Fantrax rankings and cross referenced them with the extensions section.
I have calculated the extensions for each of the players you listed based on our FGM rules for contract extensions. In each case, there is a maximum amount of years and a minimum amount of years for each contract. Please decide which contract extension you prefer for each player and post it in a reply so that BHows can update your roster. If you decide you don't want to give the player in question either extension, you could allow that player to become a free agent. It is entirely up to you. The following paragraph is a brief explanation of how contract extensions are calculated.
Extensions are based on two different rankings: 1) The current and previous season if done in-season; or 2) the last two season if done during the off-season (like we are now). If a player plays multiple positions, the contract extension is based on the highest ranking for a given player's position ranking. Further, a player can have an extension less than his previous contract, but it must be at least 70% of that previous salary. All of this is outlined in our Rules Section under Contracts.
CI Beltre, Adrian, $13m (2014) = Expiring Contract
2013 Rank #25 = $10.5m
2014 Rank #103
New Contract:
CI Beltre, Adrian, $10.5m (2019) or CI Beltre, Adrian, $10.5m (2016)
OF Pence, Hunter, $5.5m (2014) = Expiring Contract
2013 Rank #14 = $14.0m
2014 Rank #25
New Contract:
OF Pence, Hunter, $14.0m (2019) or OF Pence, Hunter, $14.0m (2017)
MI Lowrie, Jed, $2m (2014) = Expiring Contract
2013 Rank #14 = $7.5m
2014 Rank #39
New Contract:
MI Lowrie, Jed, $7.5m (2018) or MI Lowrie, Jed, $7.5m (2016)
C Molina, Yadier, $4m (2014) = Expiring Contract
2013 Rank #5 = $6.0m
2014 Rank #17
New Contract:
C Molina, Yadier, $6.0m (2018) or C Molina, Yadier, $6.0m (2016)
Please let me know if you have further questions--either via a PM or a post reply.

Ok. I'm gonna have to look on Fantrax how to find last year's rankings, but for now I'm gonna sign Beltre and Molina thru 2016, Pence thru 2017, and let Lowrie walk.

As the Padres GM so eloquently noted in another thread, the contract extension for Adrian Beltre is incorrect. It is entirely my error. I mistakenly used the statistics of Carlos Beltran when I computed the contract extension options for Adrian Beltre.
I am alerting the new Houston Astros GM of my error and he will need to post a reply as to which contract option he chooses.
CI Beltre, Adrian, $13m (2014) = Expiring Contract
2014 Rank #6 = $16.0
New Contract:
CI Beltre, Adrian, $16.0 (2019) or CI Beltre, Adrian, $16.0m (2018)
My apologies. :toth:

Houston GM's reply (listed in another thread):
Talk about a HUGE blow to my ability to improve my team. While I expect Beltre to have a great year, it will not be as a member of the Astros. I cannot commit four years and $64M to a player entering his age 36 season. He would account for one sixth of a pretty underwhelming rosters payroll. No thanks. 2015 may be more about clearing poor decisions than wins.
Houston will allow Adrian Beltre to enter Free Agency.
