If I've interpreted the rule on releasing contracted players correctly it should cost me $0.5 in 2011, $0 in 2012 and $0 in 2013.
Please let me know if this is not the case so i can adjust my personal sheet.

Vazquez is still a prospect, so it won't cost you anything to release him. One of the benefits of someone having a prospect contract.
