Saw that the Canucks had no legit RW so we shot over a propsal and his people thought it could work in Van. I will take back less production but also save some cap and plug 1 moresmall hole in our Calgary roster. We wanted to ask for a Sedin but then we'd prob have to take both which we dont want in Cattle Country! :rofl:

The Canucks Franchise really like Marty Mart as the Calgary GM (Mr Jack Daniels) states we needed a RW as we have slim pickens here.Hate to give up the youth but have plenty of cap money to spend to make out here

I guess this means the sale of the Canucks is official.
The Win goes to :VAN: for acquiring a stud Right Winger who will likely have a better season this year full-time in New York. Muzzin is good but I don't see anyone in that group that can't be easily replaced relative to a player of Martin St. Louis's stature.

Like the last CGY deal but reversed. This time Flames are adding a couple of young Dmen while moving an old but very productive Wing. Of course, I like Tarheels' "Win Now" direction + moves. Marty St.Louis could be fantasy gold again this yr like he has been his whole career.
TRADE WILL BE PENDING VANCOUVER PAYMENT OF 2014-15 FNHL FEE.

Martin St Louis has 2-3yrs still. He's good and money every yr. Can't argue with what Calgary received. Good package of players.
