Eric Nystrom, $1.5m (2014-2017)

C/RW - Filip Forsberg (2012: 1/11 - 13 Games) [:TBL: will immediately place on NHL roster with applicable contract if trade is approved]


:TBL: Gives up a young good LW prospect & serviceable LW vet in Nystrom who we were looking to move, to hopefully fill a void at RW for the long term. If Forsberg moves to fulltime C, he is welcomed there as well. We like anyone named Forsberg, even grandma Forsberg is welcome at the Thunderdome.

As a Sens fan I like Matt Puempel offensive upside + I land a LW witch we need if we want to compete for the cup  :toth:

Lightning are building a barely legal to drink squad. Interesting to watch the fine-tuning in Tampa.

I see what the Bolts are doing with all their trades. It's High Risk, High Reward for sure.

Another good trade for Daddy. Fairly even IMO.

Good move for both sides. I like Forsberg better than Puempel, but Nystrom is nice depth

Just the tip of the iceberg I imagine for :ANA: in terms of moves.
I give the Win to :ANA: here for getting a LW that scores some and landing a prospect. Filip is supposed to be good but not much real experience in the Bigs.
