The Pens are ripping up the following contracts and re-signing to extensions:
Jason Spezza, $7.0m (2011-2015) ... re-sign to 3 years $4.1M AAV as he finished as the 42nd ranked center last season (180 in 2012-13)
Take Marc-Andre Bourdon, $1.5m (2012-2015) off LTIR and re-sign to 2 years $0.2M AAV ... no ranking last two seasons

:PIT-NHL: Team Page all done up. Added Bourdon to your player count. The 2 Extensions (pay cuts) mean Pens recoup 4.2m in cap.
Bourdon added back to Pens roster on Fantrax since the old system of LTIR meant we took the player off Fantrax rosters (that was too much work PR :rool: ). :judge:
