KC extends C Miguel Montero
Top ranking was 15th in 2014 putting him at $4m.
Since his current contract is for $6m and it can be no less than 70% of the contract (.7*6=4.2) the new contract will be $4.5m (2016).
KC Extends OF Juan Lagares
Top Ranking is 133rd in 2014 putting him at I believe $1m.
Since his current contract is $0.5m (2014) I believe his new one would be $1m (2016)
If anything is wrong here please let me know.

Miguel Montero's extension is correct, but I think Lagares is supposed to be the following because:
"Contract extensions are based on looking up the player's highest salary per ranking by each eligible position in both the current season and the last season."
OF Juan Lagares:
In 2013, ranked 134 with 725.6 points
In 2014, ranked 97 with 787.6 points = $1.5m (2017) (OF-97 $1.5m (Maier, Mitch)
I don't even know who Mitch Maier is, but he is the player listed as #97.

The no Less than 70% means the contract can't be less then $4.2M so in this case the contract would round up to $4.5M.
