The 72 hr Waiver expired at 00::56:33 this morning. The Angels are the only team to make a claim.
The next 72 hours, until 8/9/14 00:56:33, negotiations  can take place between the Indians and Angels. Waivers can be revoked during this time period if a deal can't be reached.
At the end of this period if a deal isn't reached or waivers aren't revoked Votto is property of the Angels
