Title: Limit on Number of Active Trades
Post by: Drew on January 18, 2011, 08:23:56 PM
I see one manager has 10 active bids right now and I don't think we really want the point of free agency to be whoever can get the most cap space and then dominate free agency. In other leagues they have a limit to the number of active trades, this way you can bid up every free agent and dominate. You can still win all the free agents but you would have to be quick to do it. The limit in my other league is 5 active bids. Thoughts?

No limits.  If you have the cap space and roster space to make moves, you're good to go.  There are cap penalties for making moves you dont have the space for.  So I think this is already managed enough.  I'm fine with a team signing 10 guys, it's realistic.

I vote no.
