:ATL: Sends:

C Thole, Josh, $1.5m (2012)
OF Chavez, Johermyn, $0.5m (P-n/a)
OF Thompson, Trayce, $0.5m (P-n/a)
P Moylan, Peter, $1m (2011)

I do this trade because Thole is now a backup on my squad with the newly-acquired Russell Martin in town. My bullpen was also lacking after the departure of Heath Bell and now this trade gives me a set of 3 good RPs to couple with David Hernandez and Aroldis Chapman. Jake, we finally struck a deal after negotiating about two other players.

Nationals confirm. Thole can be an ok utility if need be, and insurance if Posey hits a sophomore slump.

The real prize for me is Chavez, who crushed the ball in A ball last season, and is a kid I like a lot.
