better than over but not good. NHL has a salary cap and floor, in the real life, and we do here as well. However, I will let teams under the floor be that way until after the new crop of free agents are released after the 15th of january. this way teams under the cap aren't picking up duds at high contracts to get over the cap floor. However some teams will get over the salary floor just by extending players.

I have placed my fixes in the transaction hub to get under the major league roster limit.
-
okay thanks

Chicago should be under cap, they made a trade with Tampa and Tampa agreed to take on some of Vinny contract to make sure Chicago stayed under the cap.
-
Don't know why LW Thomas Fleischmann, was placed on my minor league roster. Please move him to major league roster. Thanks
-
Yip shouldn't be on my minors rosters
-
Tampa's roster has Vishnevskiy on it twice, both on the minor and major, which is why it exceeds the limit of spots.

that's not in the rules currently allowing teams to take on cap
otherwise these are all updated
