Title: LAK Buy Out Rheault and Segal & MiLR Issue

New Kings management deem these players expendable:

Jonathan Rheault, $0.2m (2013-2014)
Brandon Segal, $0.2m (2013-2015) BO all in 2013-14

Also Brandon Yip is on our MiLR on Fantrax but shouldn't be. We want to flag that and move him onto the MLR where he should be.
