Angels approve

It was tough to lose Trumbo as he was the 24th highest scoring player in AFB last year and second highest on Angels in AFB behind Trout. It is also tough to take on the dead money owed to Sanchez for the next four years. However, getting Rendon helps fill a need at 3B. While Barreto and Overton are high risk  / high reward types, the Angels hope at least one pans out and helps the Angels down the road.

Thanks to the Pirates for a long but enjoyable negotiation  :toast:

I confirm  this deal. This a long ass negotiation, and my first deal in afb. I really like the potential offence that Mark Trumbo will bring by playing the Arizona and hitting behind Paul Goldschmidt. Giving up Prospect like Rendon is very hard thing to do hopefully, Jose Altuve can keep up the production.

Thanks to the Angle for the patience during the negotiation. :toast:

This trade makes sense because of where Pittsburgh is at on the win curve.

Still a lot to give up but  :iatp:

Yikes.

 :iatp:

I'll take Trumbo off your hands for some prospect love and some International $$$!  Inquire within!

Barreto -> AA Arkansas
West     -> Adv A inland empire
Overton -> Adv A inland empire
Sanchez -> AAA salt lake

Please don't process trades in FanTrax without saying something.  I just spent ten minutes finding players to find out they're not on their rosters.  Thanks.

I didn't touch FanTrax. Just saying where I would like them on spreadsheets when the trade is officially acknowledged as passed.
