The bid is invalid for two reasons.

One is that Gimenez doesn't have CI eligibility (Even though fantrax lists him as C,CI) as he played just 10 games at CI last year. He played 57 at C and 31 games in the OF so he should be C/OF eligible.

The second reason is that he has played in 143 career games and is ineligible to receive a prospect contract.
