-Once you win a player you must state his contract.

-When dropping a player, sometimes there is a cap hit, So Chris or I will will inform you and ask if you still want to do that.

Please note, the rules for Offseason Free Agency have changed.  When a bid reaches 10m, any attempt to outbid must be in at least 1m increments, as not to nickle and dime free agency.
