Title: Past Draft Day Steals
Post by: kungfuwig on December 06, 2013, 01:59:10 AM
I took a look back at the 2010-2012 drafts and tried to pick out some steals owners got or guys I think will become steals. Feel free to comment on what you think or take a look at them yourself and add some players.

I know I'm not part of the league, but I always enjoy looking back at drafts. Outside the first rounders, I'd vote biggest steals:

2010: Jed Gyorko, Andrelton Simmons, and Addison Reed all look like really solid value
2011: Tony Cingrani went pretty late for how good he's already looked.
2012: Lucas Sims, Alex Wood, Rio Ruiz look like pretty good value. Not too many stand out to me yet outside the top 60ish

Yeah they will start popping up as the years go by. Thanks for contributing! I do like Rio Ruiz as well.

It wasn't in this league but I just got Hunter Dozier, KC's 1st round pick (#8), at pick #23 in WCB. Couple him with Colin Moran and I think I've had a pretty good draft so far

That is two nice first year players. I picked up Dozier with my first pick in this league this season.
