I'm awaiting discussion on several topics.  If anyone cannot vote on discussions then I would like to replace them.  No harm, no foul, I dont care, no hard feelings, but I need discussion on these issues.  Anyone who cannot fulfill duties should let me know asap.  Otherwise please contribute. 

Everyone else, please let me know if youre interested in joining this committee.  I would like a list of people willing to take action!
