Title: Mets GM steps down
Post by: Colby on November 08, 2010, 01:02:37 PM
Todd Dewitte has stepped down from the Mets front office due to time constraints.  He has been reshaped the franchise to be fiscally conservative.  The team has a young farm with a lot of talent.  They have the 6th pick in next year's draft.  The Mets have almost $50m in cap space and are a big-market franchise.  I am sure someone will want to take over this job ASAP.  I have a Mets fan in line on the waiting list, but he has been unproven at ProFSL and I would like to have a veteran, if they are interested, in taking over this job.  If you have served your franchise for a full season then you are eligible to switch over to the Mets.  I will keep this opportunity available until the end of the week, if not earlier, until I go external.
