:CLS: will promote MiLR player given he will not be returned to junior after surpassing his 9th game in the NHL.
D - Morgan Rielly (2012: 1/5 - 10 Games)
Currently ranked 82rd in defensemen scoring which would net him a 2.7 extension... given his draft position he is entitled to a 3m Entry Level contract.
Therefore, Rielly will get a 3yr contract as D extensions might make him a costly re-sign if we sign him for less than 3yrs.

Morgan Rielly, $3.0m (2013-2016-EL)
