Pirates make the deal to move some of our extra draft picks to move up in the first round and use our cap space to add a pitcher that had a rough year but we're hoping he'll turn it around next season and be worthy of an extension going forward.  Thanks to the Rockies for a smooth negotiation.

Anyone looking at my roster can see what a tough financial situation I face. Offloading Cueto frees up sizeable salary cap and in return I get useful trades to start rebuilding.

Thanks also from me for responsive negotiations.
