Title: Seattle Mariners EDR Transfers

I would like to move the following players to my EDR

CI Dustin Ackley $4m (P-n/a)
CI Carlos Triunfel $0.5m (P-n/a)
MI Nick Franklin $0.5m (P-n/a)
OF Greg Halman $0.5m (P-n/a)
OF Dennis Raben $0.5m (P-n/a)

I assume that EDR players can be moved to the 40-man at any time, but only moved TO the EDR during the EDR window..correct?

EDR players could only be moved at this point right now.  This is special for this year because the EDR is a new rule.

Colby, When will EDR re-open?  We had discussed that if you're able to acquire a team's draft pick that previously wasn't available in the free agent pool you could move him to EDR.  Would it be possible to re-open EDR during free agency and keep it open, season-long?  That would be my recommendation.
