Post here if you would like to be nominated as a 2010 Franchise GM Trade Committee (TC) member.  All trades require two votes to be approved.  The TC consists of the commissioner (who merely processes the trade), two primary members, and two reserve members who may always vote, but are needed for voting if the primary members are involved in a trade.

We have a decent base with Rick Straus :CHW:, Jon Gaskins :ATL:, and Daniel Valensi :TOR:.  A three-person TC with backups being the executive committee would be efficient.
