Guys... I would likely say you need to check all prospects... One of those pitchers that I'm releasing has pitched more than 150 IP on MLB! There are guys who hasn't played for at least a season...
This guy reached 51 IP in 2009:

This guy I'm sending to my EDR:
P Newby, Kyler, $0.5m (P-n/a)
