he is 33 ranked in 2010= 7.5 (2014)

I was looking at the OF ranks and it looks like Torres is ranked 27th in 2010. Im assuming it changed when the eligibility changed, I know Pat Burrell changed a few spots as well. but he #27 10.5 mil

Just to clarify, this is valid under the old eligibility rules which expired on the 22nd.  :judge:
