Do I have the lowest cap in the league right now, 67.5m? Not that I'm complaining, because next year looks worse, but I have got to win some games this year. It's tough. But instead of looking at everyone's team pages, I am just going to ask here.

No... next year is set in stone. This league has unfairness built into the salary caps for a reason - to mimic real life. Your cap can increase, with respect to your current cap, as your team wins more and more.
