Title: Marlins - Pirates trade

This is my fourth trade in the first 24 hours... but I like to make my moves in the beginning of a market and sit on the sidelines while others go crazy.  I reacted to Samuel's trade block as he had a player on there that both Billy Beane and I like a lot.  Zimmerman and his $9m salary go to Florida.  I now have cap room for free agents and/or prospects.  I can sign Barton to a prospect extension going into 2012.

CI Barton, Daric, $0.5m (P-2011)

:FL: receives
CI Zimmerman, Ryan $9m (2013)
C Mathis, Jeff, $0.5m (2011)
P LeCure, Sam, $0.5m (P-2013)

Mathis and LeCure are throw-ins from my viewpoint as I picked them up mid-season through trade and free agency, respectively.
