Los Angeles Angels move P Blair, Seth, $0.5m (P-n/a) to a one year deal, RP Adam, Jason, $0.5m (P-n/a) to one year deal, and P Walter, Kevin, $0.5m (P-n/a) to on year deal. The Angels next three draft picks will go to the EDR (will make it 10 players because of the three going to the 40-man roster) but the rest after the three i mentioned will be forfeited.

Noted... and I believe you mean those players are going to the 40-man roster. They are currently on prospect contracts which means they can be cut for free and only cost $500k until three years after the point their MLB clock starts.
