Well then Michael Neufirth should never of  been also, why hasen't that been aborted. He is also on the posted Washington minor league roster. What the heck is going on here? Extremely curious to this answer.

If team owners didn't establish minor league rosters, there is nothing I can do about it.  I put together minor league teams for many of the teams, but if a player had been bid on already I couldn't put him on a team.  It was absolutely your (the proverbial you) responsibility to establish minor league rosters.  I'm sorry that not doing that messed things up for you but I hope you understand and can recover from the errors.
