Title: Phillies - Brewers deal

Phillies and Brewers agree to a deal.

Phillies receive:
P Biddle, Jesse, $0.5m (P-n/a)

Brewers receive:
SP Sanchez, Anibal, $11.5m (2013)
Phillies pay 11m in 2013

I do this deal as I wasn't planning on resigning Sanchez.  I like Biddle more than the compensation I would have gotten letting Sanchez walk.  Biddle has a chance to make the Phils rotation next year and I think he has a bright future.
